I'm Tristan, a digital product owner and web developer working across Switzerland and France. Since 2008 I've handled every stage of the development cycle for dynamic web projects — with a strong background in e‑commerce, IT and customer experience.
I've rolled out e‑commerce boutiques for Nespresso, been Chief Information Officer at Netsportique, driven platform stability and innovation at Nestlé Infant Nutrition, and run e‑commerce & product ownership at Special.T and Nescafé Dolce Gusto — now as Global Customer Experience Owner, shaping the Dolce Gusto mobile app's design, UX and shift to a native, headless architecture.
When the release is out the door, I'm somewhere with a camera and a DJI drone — cutting travel films and aftermovies from Yucatán to Bali. Away from screens, I love DIY & tinkering and spend a good amount of time on my 3D printer — and I stay active playing handball and padel. This site is both halves of me: the builder and the filmmaker.

Magento 2 Product Owner for the D2C platform live in 60+ countries. Led a 12+ person dev/QA team and budget, launched NEO machine experiences and cross‑brand (Special.T) rollouts worldwide, and drove WCAG accessibility and Hyvä theme performance upgrades.
Ran 10 Magento 2 websites across 3 languages, 3 warehouses and a 4‑developer team. Owned platform maintenance & security, Agile/Scrum delivery, business analysis and integrations with CRM/ERP/Supply Chain — from requirements to hypercare.

Rolled out new e‑boutiques on international B2C & B2B markets, configuring features to technical guidelines and ensuring on‑time delivery of releases across desktop and mobile web apps.
Wore every hat at once: rebuilt the company's IT infrastructure (network, IP telephony, NAS/cloud backup, Odoo ERP), ran full e‑commerce management on Magento across marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, Cdiscount), built B2C/B2B sites and internal PHP tools, and led SEA/SEO & social media marketing.
